Kona: Hi, good morning. It is July 23rd, 2026. I’m Kona Lisa Mahu with the Center for Planetary Management. We have very special guests with us today. We have Daniel Raphael with Machiventa and we also have a guest from Russia, Godwin, Webmaster of the website https://www.tmrussia.org.

And so we are very pleased to have special guests in-house today, as well as our team, Jacques in France, Juan in Venezuela, Evan in the Philippines, and myself in New York, U.S.A. So, as we do have bonded and connected with each other, checked in. We lay everything out on the table, and then we go into our meditation to clear our hearts, minds, and spirits, to receive a word from Machiventa, again and perhaps someone else.

So, Jacques, as you beautifully do every time we’re together, please lead us in that meditation so we can get centered and grounded. Thank you so much.

Centering moment as a Team by Jacques

Jacques: Thank you, Kona. Today it’s a special day, because we have two important guests here. And before we do receive a message, and we do our work together, please relax and make you really comfortable on your seat. Close your eyes, relax all your muscles. Breathe deeply in and out. Quiet your mind and connect to your heart center. And now we connect to the universe. Imagine a beam of light coming from the center of the universe, down to your crown chakra through all your chakras, down to the Earth. So that you are connected with the universe energy its a healing energy, removing negativeness around us.

And we now connect as human to be encircuited as one heart, mind and soul. We always start to connect by a heart line clockwise around the globe. Imagine this light (pink in color) coming from your heart, from the left side of your body going to the right side of the next person around the world, so it’s running all around the world connecting all those who are missing today on the call but part of this team.

Now we connect our mind line, blue electric counter-clockwise around the blue. So that now we are connected via this electrical circuit between us. So that we are encircuited as human, as one heart, one mind and one soul. And we connect also to our Thought Adjuster and to the network of the thought adjusters, because there is a strong network of the Thought Adjusters that is accessible now [for the benefit of all].

And it is time to ask our Celestial Team the Planetary Management Team from above and any other Melchizedek who want to join us? Often, we also ask our friends from the Sea of Glass to join us. Because we have learned that we have a team there they are observers, helpers. who are stationed in the Sea of Glass, and we always welcome them, because we love them. We also ask for help our Stellar Friends. Those who are living on the planet in the Light and Life Era. They are missioned by Christ Michael to give us help, from their place through this type of consciousness connection.

Kona: Thank you, Jacques, so much for that meditation. We appreciate that. And so now, Daniel, when you and Machiventa are ready, please go ahead.

Main Addresses with Machiventa

1. Remain Open to God’s Blessings While Preparing for the Future of Planetary Outreach

Machiventa: Okay. Well, my Friends, it is good to be here with you again. This is Machiventa Melchizedek, your Planetary Manager, and I want to share with you some of the developments that have been occurring on your planet that are probably unbeknownst to you. I give you a refreshing course of what this one described to you a few minutes ago about limiting the power and the ability of Christ, Michael, and Spirit and God to bless you.

And in this small example is a reality that this one made a decision to stop his activities that would have helped him tremendously in the future, and, by reflection, would have helped you immensely as well, and the projects you’re working on. Thus, the lessons of history come forward, and now he knows better. And so, it is with you that we wish that you would become aware of the ways that you limit God.

This one has a sticker on his bathroom mirror that has been with him for many years, and it is this. I am open and receiving all the good that I can imagine and more now. The words are open and receiving, not in the future, but NOW! I’m open and receiving now all the blessings I can imagine, and more. So, this allows you to be on the receiving end of the expansive nature of God’s good to you. Do not forget this, this is important. And knowing this, when you do decide to limit God’s blessings to you, that’s a decision, and we will respect it. His original decision was made by an omission of knowledge of what he was doing. Now that you know, if you decide to limit that, that is a decision of Commission and we will not violate that. Thank you.

Machiventa: Now, the programs that you are devising are in response to the inclinations that our Melchizedeks, Angels and Midwayers have been sharing with you. You have been developing ideas, creative ideas, and functional ideas and concepts and procedures that will help you immensely and help your readers who visit Planetary Pulse Magazine online and how they relate to you, and the benefits that they receive through that site. As one knows that you can do many things through technology, and our goal with you is to make it easy for visitors to come and read the materials, and to actually listen to and hear messages such as this. Actual live recorded, video recorded TR sessions are important for many people as simply listening to a tape or transcript or reading a transcript are insufficient to enthuse them about what we’re doing and what to do with them.

Eventually, your transcripts will become live entities where others can see what is going on. It is possible in the future that through the transcripts were written in a language on a hard two-dimensional copy, and also by digital recordings on tape, that Advanced Intelligence will be able to animate a figure who is talking to them. And make it very realistic. This is a possibility for the future. We are preparing you for a very expansive experience with us in the future, and we are ready and willing to assist you when you ask. As you have your hands full and your minds full at the present time doing what you’re doing. We do not ask more of you at this time. In the future, you will, given the opportunity, have more time to spend and work with us intimately and closely in the projects that we have a mutual interest in. 2. Preparing Planetary Pulse for Both New Seekers and Experienced Readers

Jacques: Bonjour Machiventa, thank you for being here with us today. We are today very excited, because we are on the verge of publishing our first magazine online. It represents for us two years’ work and recordings, including the syllabus ideas, and so on. So, my question to you is what do you think about what will be published soon?

Kona: Jacques is asking for an opinion from Machiventa about what is about to be published. Does Machiventa want to share an opinion about what we have prepared so far?

Daniel: This is Daniel. You could stop him.

Kona: Well, we would love to hear Machiventa’s opinion, considering we do this with his team in mind.

Machiventa: Now remember, this is Machiventa. Remember, my Friends, that you will have readers who are novices, first time to your site. And those who come to you may be novices to the Urantia Book, the Teaching Mission, Clairaudience Channeling, and so on, and our involvement on this planet, and the plans for this planet and its recovery on the other hand, you will have some people who are reticent about approaching the magazine and reading the material, as they may not believe in speaking with or reading what celestials or unseen beings have to say. It’s important that you clarify who we are. We are not some of those seance individuals who speak from the dead, who are in the borderlands and so on, but we are part of the management of the local universe and onwards to the grand universe.

They need to know this difference to gain confidence in how we operate with them. On the other hand, there are people who are well experienced with working with spirit, the managers of the universe, and they’re wondering what is coming next. That would be the reformation, restoration, transformation of your civilization. When we talk about your planet, we are, in fact, talking about your civilization and national societies, communities, and families. And so, these are contexts in which you will want to address slowly and lead the reader into wanting to come to the magazine again. Thank you.

Jacques: Thank you, Machiventa. Yes, it is our intention to be wise in our magazine articles, not to focus too much on the Urantia book definition, but to be wise, so that people who have no knowledge on the Urantia Book or the Teaching Mission, can still understand and benefit from the magazine. Definitively we take note of what you said now. Thank you so much.

3. Clarifying the Difference Between Celestial Guidance and the Occult

Kona: Thank you, Jacques, for that question and thank you, Machiventa, for your response. I do have a follow-up question regarding that. So, as Jacques has pointed out, this introductory issue is exactly that. It’s introductory and you make a great point as far as distinguishing the Planetary Management Celestial Team, from those who come through seances and such who are from the deceased formerly mortals. We have not done that explicitly in this introductory magazine, but we can make space for it if it is important for this particular issue, and make sure that we do have a clarifying article. Is that your recommendation, Machiventa, or can we include that in a second issue?

Machiventa: You would include that in the second issue, but you would want to have a lead-in from your first issue, saying that those of the celestial realm are not part of the occult. And make sure you define that and to ensure that the readers know what the occult is and what the Word of God is through God’s celestial servants. Thank you.

4. Remain Open to Inspiration Beyond the Editorial Process

Kona: Thank you so much for that clarification. We do have an article from Marthe who does give us some background on the Urantia book, the Teaching Mission and the Correcting Times. And we are planning on going into greater detail about that as far as a history of this movement.

Do you have any comments on what we possibly could include that we might be missing? We’re not always privy to our blind spots. Thank you.

Machiventa: This is Machiventa. Yes, I don’t want to micro-manage your add micro-suggestions, but simply be open as you read, because we know that you’re diligent, and you’re feverishly working hard, and your minds are very busy. But ensure that your mind is open sometime. Go out and water the plants in the garden, and take care of the things around the house with the mind that you are open to receive the guidance that you need, whether it’s personal or whether it’s for the magazine. Thank you.

5. Reconnecting with the Early Teaching Mission Community

Kona: Thank you so much I appreciate that. I do have another question for you. We have talked about our readership and how we are going to share this first issue with friends, family and colleagues, and again, we may not see our blind spots. Do you have a group of people in mind that we could also reach out to that we might not be thinking about?

Daniel: Thank you for asking. Yes, there are older readers of the Teaching Mission and the transcripts that go back well over 30 years that need to be apprised of the fact that the transcripts are available, and that brief transcripts concerning these meetings, these minutes are available to them. Old-time Teaching Mission readers and participants were particularly eager to receive news about what was happening on their planet.

And so, they saw these weekly teaching mission transcripts as the town crier coming out in the evening hours to tell the town what is happening throughout the various districts. And so, this is an audience that may not be aware of the correcting time and its expanded roles, and the transformation of the teaching mission into what we are doing now in a much more electronic means of sharing what is going on in your world through the Celestials and through the Angels and so on.

Christ Michael has a plan for your work, and for the recipients of this work, and through their consciousness He and They and His subordinates are able to bring these people into consciousness of the present moment. Thank you.

Kona: Thank you so much. I do have another question, but I’ll pause to give other team members. Jacques, you have another question?

6. Making Planetary Pulse Accessible to an International Audience

Jacques: Yes, my question concerns how we can reach people in other countries. At present, the magazine is written in American English. We have begun developing a translation system for the magazine, but we are not yet ready to publish it in multiple languages.

This is an important concern for us because we want the magazine to reach not only English-speaking readers, but also those whose native language is not English.

Do you have comment on that?

Daniel: Oh, this is Daniel. I visited, you know I am a member of Academia EDU, and I read lots of papers, and they could be written in Serbian, they could be written in Hindu, they could be written in German, French, and all sorts and I simply hit the button above the article that says translate, and voila! It translates it into English. Is that something that needs to be paid for?

Kona: So, Jacques, excuse me, I’m going to follow up with you on that, because in our business part of our meeting, we are going to discuss that today, because I have discovered the technology on my computer that creates an automatic PDF straight from the website, and so anybody viewing the website in their language can create a PDF in their language and view that immediately, so I don’t think that that’s going to be an issue, so we’ll talk about more in the business meeting for sure, okay?

Evan: Can I have a question?

Kona: Sure. Daniel and Machiventa are still with us.

8. Recognizing the Spiritual Dimension of World Events

Evan: Oh, thank you. Thank you, Daniel. I just wanted to know if there was a something that we could hear from Machiventa regarding, let’s say, our magazine supposed to be a based on a “planetary things of the world”. And so is it possible, or is it probable that or is it even important that we come into a sort of some kind of article or piece of something that we could write about current events that’s happening on the planet. That’s a real big issue of the planet. Is it something that we should do?

Daniel: Excellent question, this is Daniel, excellent question, truly it is. Well, let’s hear what the “Man” [Machiventa] has to say. I mean, Machiventa Melchizedek has to say. He and I are good friends.

Machiventa: This is Machiventa. Thank you, Evan, for your question and for your comment. And yes, this is a very vital part of your magazine. And what you’re talking about is the personal touches, the national touches of spirit on your populace, and on your societies. And “that would include the work of the Most Highs who were involved in the affairs of man”, in quotes. And as we know, in the affairs of all people. And so these are eyewitness, personal witnesses of spirit working in your lives. And you are asking for the room in the magazine for articles from specific regions. This would require you, Evan, because you are particularly intelligent regarding this, as you are an international citizen, in our eyes, that you are aware of the grander, larger holism that is operating in your nation. And that you can identify, appreciate, and reflect on those changes which seem to have something more to do with spirit involvement than human involvement. That you could feel your nation being guided into the future.

And so it is that you will become more cognizant of the progress in various areas. As you know, we are not concerned about tractors and machinery and ships and so on. We are concerned about families and individuals and the dynamics socially of a nation that is in huge transition. So, when you become aware of that, then you would want to write a short article, a brief acknowledgement of what is happening as you reflect on it. You don’t need to channel it, but if you ask for assistance in writing this brief article, we will gladly help you. Thank you again.

Evan: Oh, thank you so much, Machiventa. That was clear and very specific. And I think a very helpful advice. And I hope we can do that. Thank you so much.

9. Sharing Spiritual Perspectives Without Becoming Political Activists

Daniel: This is Daniel. You know, what you’re doing is you’re providing a product review that we see on the Internet when you go to a site and you’re asking about air filters, for instance, or you’re asking about something else and you want to see how this product rates in the eyes of people who are users. And so, what you are doing, you’re providing a user report of being a spiritual being in a country that is undergoing immense social evolution. Does that help?

Evan: Oh, yes, very much, and I think especially because, like, for me, it’s a very troubled country, and also for Juan, it’s also an opportunity to come up with these kinds of stories that are connected to what’s happening and what Spirit is doing with it.

Daniel: Yes.

Evan: Thank you so much.

Daniel: This is Daniel. What I like about your comments and your thoughts is that you’re not asking how to become a social or political activist. Which is out of the realm of spirit. You need people in nations as Juan in Venezuela, you know what needs to be done, one, as a spiritual student, you pray, and you ask for guidance, and as a citizen, you go out and you become part of a demonstration, or something political. But you don’t go as a representative of God. All right? Many people mistake that. Really sincere individuals make that religious mistake.

Evan: Correct.

Daniel: Thank you.

10. Applying the 7 Core Values to Real-World Challenges Through Co-Creative Problem Solving

Kona: Thank you, Evan, and thank you, Daniel. Thank you, Evan, for that great question, and Daniel and Machiventa for the response. I think one of the things that we have talked about is we expand the magazine, our first issue is humanity at the threshold, or on the threshold. It’ll be crossing that threshold and moving into some really real-world situations.

And so this question would be for Machiventa as well as Daniel. When we have our check-ins, many times we check in about the conditions in our particular countries, and France has got situations, as you know, Philippines, Venezuela, etc, and I’m sure Godwin would love to talk about some issues that he has in his own country.

But when we do this, we are also cognizant that the conversation is so valuable, because we talk to each other about what could or needs to be changed based on the 7 core values, and we want to make that the recorded portion of our team meeting. Because we know that the viewers can experience the reality of life, plus the evaluation based against the 7 core values. And so we have thought that this would be a great opportunity to have Daniel and Machiventa come back and be with us in those particular moments to reflect on as a design team what is happening in one or more of these countries, and discuss that as problem solvers, as a Co-Creative Design Team problem solvers, to how we can intentionally create change, as you say, through prayer, through directing Midwayers and our Celestials, and even our own TA, directing change in our respective countries and situations.

Could you make a comment on that, Daniel, and or Machiventa?

Daniel: I’m going to leave it at now. And yes, he wishes the same.

Kona: You’re gonna leave it at now?

Daniel: He’s [Machiventa] not going to answer the question.

Kona: Okay. Alright, very good. So, we can at least know that we will have those conversations, and sometimes, following our check-ins, we do receive a message from Sondjah or another Celestial regarding some of our concerns. The message is very similar, usually, is to keep your focus on the future and not be too concerned with the political climate or, even the terrible conditions on the planet we stay focused. But if we turn our attention to how we would view those things against the 7 core values, we could make that a productive conversation. I’ll leave that there.
