The Most Highs

The Most Highs are the collective rulers of the constellation level of universe administration in each local universe, including our own universe of Nebadon. The term refers primarily to the Vorondadek Sons—a high order of Trinity-inspired administrative beings created by the Creator Son (Michael of Nebadon) and the Divine Minister (Nebadonia). Each constellation is governed by three of these exalted beings, forming the Most High Council of that sector.

The Most Highs are renowned for their wisdom, stability, and far-reaching administrative insight. They exercise oversight over one hundred local systems, helping shape social, political, and educational development across thousands of inhabited worlds. In contrast to local system rulers (Lanonandek Sons) who deal with more immediate planetary administration, the Most Highs operate at a level more removed from day-to-day affairs, offering guidance that balances long-term growth, justice, and evolutionary progress.

A defining aspect of the Most Highs is revealed in the often-quoted proclamation:

“The Most Highs rule in the kingdoms of men.”

This means they exercise indirect but powerful influence over the course of planetary civilizations—especially in matters of leadership, sovereignty, political evolution, and the rise and fall of nations. Their interventions are rarely dramatic or visible, but they consistently uphold the divine plan for planetary growth. They stabilize worlds challenged by rebellion, confusion, or crisis, and they guard the spiritual potential of civilizations.

During the Lucifer Rebellion and its long aftermath, the Most Highs played a vital role in preserving divine authority and ensuring that planetary destinies—including Urantia’s—remained aligned with long-range universe purposes. In the Correcting Time, their influence continues as they work with higher universe authorities to guide Urantia toward social sustainability, governance integrity, and moral awakening.

Ultimately, the Most Highs are the wise guardians of evolutionary development at the constellation level, ensuring that divine order, justice, and purpose continue to unfold across the vast sweep of time and civilization.
