Kona: Good morning, folks. It is November 7th, 2025. I’m Kona with the Center for Planetary Management. I’m here with Jacques in France, Evan in the Philippines, and Juan in Venezuela [Bob from Texas joined later]. We’re getting ready to enter into our meditation, see if we have a message from Sondjah or someone else in our Celestial Team, and connect with our larger group that is not present with us today. Thank you so much for being with us. Jacques, take it away.
Centering moment as a Team by Jacques
Jacques: Thank you, Kona. Bonjour the team, it’s very nice to have you today, because together, we are paving the road for the future. But before we start working, or receiving a message, please relax on your seat. Relax your body, take some deep breaths, quiet your mind. Invite your Thought Adjuster to join you. Connect yourself to the universe and imagine a big beam of light coming from the center of the universe. It’s a beautiful beam of golden light coming to your crown chakra, going down through your chakras down to the earth. It is a healing light, protective light, a loving light protecting from all interferences.
Now we’ll connect as human connecting those who are present today on the call, but those also who join, maybe later. We’ll start by connecting our Heart line clockwise around the globe, it is a pink line connecting us all together. Now we connect our mindal line, blue electric, very fast and furious around the globe counterclockwise. Now, we are encircuited as human.
We ask our Celestial Teachers the Melchizedek Team, the Planetary Management Team to connect with us. We invite to join us, our Midwayers Friends and those far away on the Sea of Glass watching on us and ready to assist us. And now we stay silence for, 3 minutes.

Evan: Divine Parent, Celestial Friends, we gather this morning blessed by your presence and your guidance. As we seek to do the work that we are tasked to do in this trouble planet, where nations, communities and families and even for ourselves are struggling. Help us, bring us peace, and harmony, wherever there is unrest, or doubts, or fears. Give us comfort and protection from all the calamities that happen around the world and diseases that are made, or naturally made. Protect us from all anxieties and fears. And keep us in your loving arms. Thank you.

Kona: I do believe we have a message today, but it’s from Mother Nebadonia. And she doesn’t usually come through to our meetings, but she’s coming through in her regal state as Sovereign, Queen Nebadonia. As a matter of fact. And I’ve not ever encountered her this way. So, I’m gonna do my best to transmit.
1. True Sovereignty: Leadership Rooted in Care
Queen Mother Nebadonia: Good morning, my dear children. Yes, I come to you today as your Sovereign, alongside Christ Michael, as your Sovereign, and yes, we are Sovereigns in this universe, which may seem strange for us to appear to you this way, but I do because I want to assure you that even as Sovereigns, we care for you deeply as our children and especially as Sovereigns.
The reason why this is important today is because you see on your planet those who claim to be Sovereigns, those who claim to be your presidents and your leaders in your countries. And they are not acting within their assigned powers of authority, nor are they representing what it means to be a person in leadership or with Sovereign Authority, and we want to distinguish for you the difference.
Those who are in a position of authority or leadership in your countries, your communities and your institutions, have a responsibility to the people that they care for. And I want to emphasize the word CARE. It is important that we understand that we have a responsibility to care. When you are gifted with this communication, knowledge of your Thought Adjuster, and connection to your Celestial counterparts, your Guardian Angels, your Guides, and you are made aware of those Sentient Beings that interact with you Co-Creatively in your life. You have been given authority to act within your communities and to act with care.
2. We wish to help establish new practices in the Earth with humanity, Co-Creatively with us, that will be enduring and long-lasting.
And again, I want to emphasize that word, care. It encompasses many things, many feelings, many emotions, many responsibilities. To care for others in your community is to act with responsibility on their behalf to ensure their well-being. To ensure that they receive the food that they need, the education that they need, the clothing that they need, as if they were your own children. And as your Sovereigns in the universe [of Nebadon] this is how we view the inhabitants of Urantia as Sovereigns. You, as our children, we have the responsibility to care for you, provide for you, to make sure that you have your needs met: spiritual needs, physical needs, emotional needs. And these things will come to pass more clearly in the era of light and life.
But as for now, you have been given our authority in the earth to act on our behalf in this way, in your families and in your community. Just remember that it’s also a responsibility, it’s not just our responsibility. You are our hands and feet in the earth, on the planet. In Urantia, to those in your care, in your circle of influence, and we wish to impart even greater responsibility to those of you who hear this message, who take this responsibility seriously, as we have assigned it to you.
With authority, yes, comes responsibility. You have the responsibility to stay connected to/with us so that the needs of your community can be met. You simply need to communicate with us what those needs are asked for our assistance. Be very specific about this so, that we can provide that for you. Now, it may not come to you in a form or fashion that you are expecting, but you will get those things that you need for the people that you care for. Whether it’s seeds, or educational materials, or clothing, it could come in any form, but be very specific with us so that we can begin helping you to build community from the Sovereign’s perspective.
And what this means for us through you in a new type of civilization. We wish to help establish new practices in the Earth with humanity, Co-Creatively with us, that will be enduring and long-lasting, and not be gone because of the whims of men, meaning humans, who do not have your best interest and are not letting go of the rebellious nature that we wish to absolve out of this planet’s circuitry. This may be an unexpected message for you. I’m happy to answer questions around this topic for you to clarify anything that might be somewhat confusing. Please go ahead.

Evan: Can I ask a question?
Jacques: Certainly, please.
3. Nurturing Your Circle of Influence: Caring for and Educating the Children Entrusted to You
Evan: Hello, Mother Nebadonia, it’s so nice to have you around with us today. My question is: In our country, we have very big problems in the education of our young population. As our educational system is not very well funded. And so, with the many millions of our population, really illiterate, basically functionally illiterate. They say, as per our last statistics, we have 25% of our population functionally illiterate from 10 to 64 years old. What is it that we can do about this big problem? Thank you.
Nebadonia: Thank you so much for your question, and so now I’m going to lead you into perspective. How many children can you teach at one time, 1.4 million?
Evan: No, myself, no.
Nebadonia: Currently, by yourself, your responsibility is to focus on your circle of influence and do the best that you can to provide for and educate those children who have been brought into your care. And as you do this, and you influence their lives, and you help to educate them, as we have explained to this community here with you today. Your impact will ripple out further from this small circle of influence.
You have more power than you give yourself credit for. As one of our assigned representatives on the planet. So yes, the concern for all of this country, the Philippines, is tremendous. But your responsibility is to the children that you teach now. So, focus your attention on what they need and how you can best impact them. And let that be the seed that is planted in your country as a way to solve the bigger problem. If you take care of planting these seeds, little by little, they will bear fruit. You will raise up a very strong next generation, a very strong next generation, who then will bear fruit and plant their own seeds. This may not be done in one generation, but the work that you do where you are is extremely important. So, in your space, please connect with us regularly and ask for exactly what you need in your immediate sphere of influence. Does this make sense to you?

Nebadonia: Blessings to you, and thank you for being here, and for your open heart and willingness to do this very challenging work with limited resources, but I promise you, you will receive the resources you ask for.

Juan: No for the moment, I haven’t.
4. Living the Values to Build Community with New Practices
Jacques: So, I will ask a question. Mother Nebadonia, you said we need to build community with new practices. And it’s a clear message for us, because we are working to promote the Seven Core Values in Decision Making, plus we are starting a series of articles promoting that. Is there something else we can do to build communities with new practices?
Nebadonia: Thank you for your question, and the greatest thing that you can do is to live these values in your life, in your home, in your community. Spend time in your community and emulate the values, the value of life, caring for the very smallest form of life, and your neighbors will notice the care that you take, and they will notice that your actions, as an example, and when you do this with a cheerful heart, they will see the Spirit within you, my Spirit within you radiating from all of your actions.
This is a witness as to how we operate in your life, and it will create curiosity as to why and what you do to be in this state of being all of the time. You are quite joyful with your family and with your community, and already they take notice. So, you are already doing exactly what you need to do. It is not like a job, where you go to work and do these things. Your job, if you want to call it that, is to simply live the values. We could not ask more of you than this. It is the greatest gift that you can give back to us. And to your circle of influence, thank you.
Jacques: Thank you, Mother Nebadonia, thank you very much for reminding this to us. Because, of course, living by the example is a way, I Understand that, thank you for that lesson.
5. Divine Leadership and Awakening Leaders
Nebadonia: You are quite welcome, and once again, I just want to extend our love with my companion, Christ Michael, to you as your Divine Parents, and again, as your Sovereigns, as an example of what leadership truly looks like and could look like on your planet. Please meditate on this so that we can recreate the circuitry necessary to manifest it in your world, into the awakening leaders who will come about to step into these positive places of reinforcing the values that we are generating in your culture.

Nebadonia: Are there any more questions for me today?
6. The Mystery and Mechanics to build new Spiritual Circuits
Jacques: Yes, I have one more question. You spoke about re-establishing circuits. And on this group, many of us are well aware of things happened behind the scene. For example, with Donna D’Ingillo, we very often, we connect together with you to establish new spiritual circuits. For myself, it is a little bit of mystery. I follow the guidance we have given when it is said: Concentrate on your heart center and project this message
[such as: Today, I invite you to focus on the power and potency of FORGIVENESS in your own heart, and to take a few moments to ask your Indwelling Spirits to help you release any resentments, guilt, anger, frustration, that you hold against yourself or any other individual or circumstance] (extract from the ICC Planetary Transformation call Oct 26th 2025).
It’s very nice to participate to such exercise, but It’s still a mystery for me. Maybe you can give some explanation to us on that?
Nebadonia: It is, yes, a mystery, as is your interest in the Sea of Glass. These are technologies that are beyond your current human comprehension, but I will do my best to help you with this.
So, you, as light beings, are in a circuitry of Light Beings, and if you could see in the world of light, you would just see one large sphere of light, and maybe not be able to perceive the circuits at all, but within the light streams there is a focus from the source to very many places, including your heart.
So, one circuit is from your First Source and Center beaming a very personal, light stream directly to you, and as you [are] in circuit with others, you are beaming your light to them and through them, and you create a configuration of light beams. [This] is the best way that I could possibly explain this to you. And as you know, light can travel both in a straight line and under certain circumstances it can also curve, depending on your gravitational fields, as you know them, and other things that you may not be aware of.
So, light is a very curious thing for humans to understand. Spirit operates in much of the same way. It is pervasive, all-encompassing, and yet can also be directed by various forces, and the strongest force that there is, of course, is your First Source and Center, and all of us are infused with that powerful, creative being in the energy from our First Source and Center, so we have the capacity to direct much energy.
When we receive a request from you, your energy comes to us, and it is enhanced, and we send it back out. This is your mindal energies as you might talk about your intentions, and how intentions are magnified through us. Because you have directed your intentions to us. So, by making your request to us, all of that is magnified, and we are connected quite sufficiently and efficiently to the many beings on your planet that can manifest those intentions into your life.
So you just imagine a ping-pong ball from your person to us, and that it’s split into millions of similar ping-pong balls, and they go out across the planet to connect with the next being, who then again splits those into equal energies of ping-pong balls, and then if all of those are bouncing around your planet in a sphere, then you see just one solid ball of light. But they all have intention. Perhaps this is the simplest and maybe the most fun way to explain this complicated circuitry to you today.
7. The Radiating Power of Clear Intention
Jacques: It’s very nice to understand this, and to have this explanation. My next follow-up question, is sometime I imagined myself, when I have a clear intention to support the world with a clear message, like the one above [to focus on the power and potency of FORGIVENESS] so that people on this planet have forgiveness for themselves then for others. Sometimes I imagine that our intention goes to every Brothers and Sisters on this planet, with the help of your Angels, with each person on this planet has an angel behind them. Is it a clear vision? Or am I missing something?
Nebadonia: No, of course, it is quite clear, imagine that your ping-pong ball is this INTENTION OF FORGIVENESS, and now imagine the process that I just described to you in how that intention goes forth. And so, these small intentions, you think that you have that are small, are really quite profound and do impact and have this effect on the greater consciousness, everyone connected to the light perceives this. Even in small amounts, and it is irradiated and energized and passed on through the circuitry. So, you have quite a profound impact, and we would encourage you to continue this practice.
Jacques: Wonderful, wonderful. Thank you very much, Mother Nebadonia.
Nebadonia: It’s my pleasure to help you understand these things better, because with your understanding, then you can share this and know that your small actions are really not small, and this is what we desire for you to learn and to know and to share.

But it’s extremely important for you all to understand. The Sovereign sphere and our responsibility to you is what we take most seriously about the work with your planet. And we wish to impart this accountability and responsibility to those who are awakening into similar leadership positions.
