📚 Learning Organization Insights

Kona: I’ll say two things before we continue. I finished reading Peter Senge’s book, The Fifth Discipline. It clarified a lot for me, especially Daniel’s work and the pitfalls the mission has encountered because we lack an understanding of what’s really required in a learning organization. It also clarified the difference between discussion and dialogue. Daniel talks about discussion and dialogue in his work, but I didn’t grasp it as clearly as I did from Senge’s book. There’s a big difference between the two, and I don’t know if this group ever talked about it before I joined.
