“I Am” is the sacred affirmation of divine existence, identity, and presence. It expresses the eternal reality of God as the First Source and Center—the foundational Being from whom all life and personality emerge.
At the human level, “I Am” reflects the recognition of one’s true spiritual identity as a child of God, indwelt by the Thought Adjuster, and connected to the Source of all being.

“I Am” is the declaration of eternal existence—God’s and, by reflection, the soul’s.

Spiritual Context

In celestial teachings, “I Am” carries two complementary meanings:

1. The Divine “I AM”

This refers to the Universal Father as the original, uncaused, infinite, self-existent Source of all reality.
God is, eternally, without beginning or end—pure being, pure love, pure intention.

2. The Personal “I Am”

Humans, as children of the divine, reflect this reality in their growing sense of spiritual identity.

  • Sacredness: Honors the divine source within.

The “I Am” is both the beginning and the center of spiritual realization.

“I Am” in the Correcting Time
