The Sea of Glass is a vast, crystalline, transparent expanse located on the receiving field of Jerusem, the headquarters world of a local system (in our case, Satania). In the cosmology of The Urantia Book, it functions as a magnificent landing and communication surface, enabling the orderly reception, coordination, and orientation of ascending mortals and celestial transports arriving from all over the system.

It is not water nor a symbolic “sea”—it is an immense energy-matter platform, perfectly smooth and reflective, used for coordinating traffic, ceremonies, and communication activities of the system capital.
