Comprehensive Training in the Values and Principles of the Teaching Mission


Duration: 2 years
Format: Weekly classes of 1.5 hours
Methodology: Theoretical sessions, reflective practices, group discussions, collaborative projects, and real-life applications.

General Objectives of the Course

  1. Understand and apply the Seven Core Values of Social Sustainability in personal, community, and global contexts.
  2. Explore and deepen comprehension of the Teaching Mission’s teachings within the framework of the Correcting Time.
  3. Develop spiritual and social leadership skills based on the principles of love, truth, mercy, and divine justice.
  4. Foster the construction of a sustainable society through the practice of universal values and service.

Syllabus Structure

The syllabus is divided into 8 modules covering the main themes of the Teaching Mission and the core values.


First Year: Foundations of Social and Spiritual Sustainability

Module 1: Introduction to the Teaching Mission and the Correcting Time

Duration: 4 weeks
Topics:

  • Historical and spiritual context of the Teaching Mission.
  • The role of Christ Michael in the Correcting Time.
  • The purpose of the Teaching Mission for individuals and communities.
  • The connection between social sustainability and spiritual growth.
    Specific Objectives: Understand the foundation and importance of this movement for personal and social development.
    Activity: Group reflection on the personal “calling” to participate in this mission.

Module 2: The Seven Core Values of Social Sustainability

Duration: 7 weeks
Topics:

  1. Life: The foundation of all values; respect and dignity for all life.
  2. Equality: Recognition of the inherent worth of every human being.
  3. Growth: Fostering continuous personal and spiritual development.
  4. Quality of Life: Creating conditions that promote well-being.
  5. Empathy: Understanding and compassion for others.
  6. Compassion: Action driven by love and mercy.
  7. Love: The central value and the force that unites all.
    Specific Objectives: Learn to apply these values in daily decisions and interpersonal relationships.
    Activity: Reflective journaling on each value and group discussions.

Module 3: The Trinity of Being: Mind, Spirit, and Soul

Duration: 6 weeks

  • The relationship between the mind, spirit, and soul in human growth.
  • Cultivating a deeper connection with the Thought Adjuster.
  • Practices to align the mind and spirit with universal values.
    Specific Objectives: Develop a more acute and connected spiritual awareness.
    Activity: Guided group meditation to strengthen the relationship with the Thought Adjuster.

Module 4: Sustainable Leadership and Service

Duration: 6 weeks

  • Value-based leadership: principles and characteristics.
  • Service as an expression of love and empathy.
  • Inspiring and guiding others toward a sustainable and spiritual life.
    Specific Objectives: Identify and practice value-centered leadership skills.
    Activity: Group project focused on community service.

Second Year: Application and Expansion of Principles

Module 5: Family, Community, and Sustainable Society

Duration: 6 weeks

  • The family as the basic unit of social sustainability.
  • Strategies to build cohesive and supportive communities.
  • Resolving conflicts through core values.
    Specific Objectives: Apply core values in broader social contexts.
    Activity: Case studies and conflict resolution simulations.

Module 6: Ethics and Responsibility in the Correcting Time

Duration: 5 weeks

  • Personal and social ethics from the perspective of the Teaching Mission.

    Specific Objectives: Understand and practice global responsibility.

Module 7: Global Transformation: Living the Values in the World

Duration: 7 weeks
