Decision-making is the sacred process through which the human will exercises its creative authority to choose between higher and lower paths. In celestial teachings, decision-making is understood as the primary mechanism of soul growth, for every moral and spiritual choice shapes the emerging morontial identity and determines the degree to which an individual aligns with divine values.

Celestial teachers emphasize that humans grow spiritually only through the act of choosing. The Indwelling Spirit (Father Fragment / Thought Adjuster) gently provides insight, inspiration, and moral illumination, but the decision itself must come from the human will. Thus, decision-making becomes the arena where personal freedom meets divine guidance.

Within the Correcting Time, decision-making is highlighted as a crucial skill for building socially sustainable communities. Decisions grounded in the seven core values—life, equality, growth, quality of life, compassion, empathy, and love—contribute to personal integrity, social harmony, and planetary upliftment. Poor decisions rooted in fear, ego, or ignorance lead to fragmentation within both the individual and society.

Spiritual decision-making involves sincerity, reflection, moral courage, and alignment with truth. It seeks not merely self-benefit, but the highest good for all affected. Even small daily choices, made consistently with integrity, help form a stable soul capable of responding to greater responsibilities.

Ultimately, decision-making is the divine gift of co-creation: through our choices, we participate in shaping our destiny, our soul, and even the future evolution of the planet.
