Seven Core Values

The Seven Core Values are universal moral principles that support the long-term survival, growth, and happiness of individuals and societies. They are the foundation of social sustainability, and they guide decisions that respect human dignity and promote lasting well-being. Because these values align with spiritual truth, they help both individuals and communities move toward balanced, compassionate, and sustainable living.

The Seven Core Values

  1. Life – Recognizing the sacred worth of every person and committing to protect and nurture life in all its forms.

  2. Equality – Respecting the inherent value of each individual and ensuring fairness in opportunities, rights, and treatment.

  3. Growth – Encouraging personal and collective development in wisdom, character, and capability. Growth supports spiritual evolution and lifelong learning.

  4. Quality of Life – Striving for conditions that enhance well-being, joy, health, and fulfillment for all people.

  5. Compassion – Acting with genuine kindness, care, and a sincere desire to reduce suffering.

  6. Empathy – Understanding and feeling the experiences of others, which strengthens relationships and encourages cooperation.

  7. Love – Expressing goodwill, generosity, and selfless service, placing the welfare of others alongside or above personal interest.

In the Correcting Time teachings, these seven values are described as universal across cultures, times, and civilizations. They arise naturally from human nature yet reflect deeper spiritual design. Moreover, when applied to families, communities, and institutions, these values create stability, fairness, and long-term social harmony.

Additionally, the Seven Core Values form the backbone of value-based decision making. They provide a consistent, moral compass for leaders and individuals who seek to act with integrity and foresight. As these values become integrated into society, they strengthen moral power and support humanity’s progress toward Light and Life.

Celestial instructors emphasize that these values are timeless. They do not change across generations because they describe the basic needs and potentials of all human beings. Consequently, the Seven Core Values become both a personal guide for spiritual growth and a collective framework for sustainable social evolution.
