A Creator Son is a divine Son of the Universal Father and Eternal Son, endowed with the authority and creative power to design, organize, and administer a local universe. Each Creator Son becomes the sovereign ruler of the universe he creates.
Michael of Nebadon—known on Urantia through his bestowal as Jesus—is our universe’s Creator Son.

A Creator Son is both the architect and the loving father of his local universe family.

Spiritual Context

Creator Sons belong to the order of Michael Sons, each of whom creates and oversees one local universe within the vast superuniverse system. Their work is carried out in perfect partnership with:

A Creator Son is unique among divine beings because he combines:

  • The creative energy of the Eternal Son

  • The personality qualities of the Universal Father

  • The sovereign authority to evolve mortal beings

  • The experiential capacity to understand his creation through bestowals

Each local universe is shaped by the personality, style, and loving intention of its Creator Son.

Roles and Functions of a Creator Son

1. Universe Creation

A Creator Son initiates the formation of physical worlds and life systems, often in collaboration with the Universe Mother Spirit and Life Carriers.

2. Universe Administration

He oversees spiritual, social, and evolutionary progress throughout his universe.

3. Bestowal Missions

To gain full sovereignty, each Creator Son lives seven bestowal lives among various orders of his own creation—the final bestowal typically as a mortal.
Michael’s final bestowal was as Jesus of Nazareth.

4. Revelation of the Father

A Creator Son reveals the nature, character, and love of the Universal Father to all beings.

5. Guidance and Ministry

Through his spirit presence—such as the Spirit of Truth—he personally guides and shepherds his children.

6. Sovereign Rulership

After completing his bestowals, he becomes the uncontested sovereign of his universe, ruling with wisdom, mercy, and love.

The Creator Son of Our Universe: Michael of Nebadon

Michael of Nebadon is the specific Creator Son responsible for:

  • The design and evolution of the Nebadon universe

  • The creation of angels, Melchizedeks, and many orders of beings

  • The spiritual guidance of millions of evolutionary worlds

  • The incarnation as Jesus to reveal God and complete his sovereignty

Because of his life on Urantia, Michael maintains a uniquely close relationship with this world and its inhabitants.
