    Definition:
Spiritual Balance is the dynamic state of inner harmony, clarity, and alignment in which the mind, emotions, will, and soul operate cohesively under the gentle influence of the Thought Adjuster, the Spirit of Truth, and the Adjutant mind-spirits. It is not static calm, but a living equilibrium—an ongoing, conscious cooperation between the human personality and divine guidance.

Spiritual balance enables individuals to remain stable, centered, compassionate, and values-guided even amid stress, uncertainty, or emotional turbulence.
It is a primary goal of spiritual growth in the Teaching Mission and a foundational requirement for effective co-creative participation in the Correcting Time.

    Core Dimensions of Spiritual Balance

    1. Alignment with the Thought Adjuster

The deepest aspect of balance arises when personal will aligns with the Father’s will.
This alignment reduces inner conflict and increases clarity, purpose, and peace.

    2. Emotional Stability and Moral Centering

Spiritual balance gives the ability to:

    • Respond instead of react

    • Remain compassionate in difficulty

    • Stand firm in values

    • Process emotions without being dominated by them

It reflects maturity and inner coherence.

    3. Integration of Mind, Heart, and Soul

Balance emerges from the harmonious operation of:

    • Mind (reason, discernment)

    • Heart (love, empathy)

    • Soul (eternal values and Adjuster influence)
This integration creates a unified inner life.

    4. Consistent Stillness Practice

Stillness (meditative communion) is a primary method for restoring and maintaining balance.
It calms mental noise and increases spiritual receptivity.

    5. Steady Moral Guidance

Balanced individuals listen for the subtle inner leadings of truth, beauty, and goodness and allow these leadings to shape behavior.

    • Quality of Life: Living in peaceful coherence

Balance is the fertile soil in which all values flourish.
