Grassroots empowerment is the process of giving communities the skills, resources, and voice they need to create meaningful change. It strengthens local capacity and encourages participation at the lowest social level. Because empowerment increases confidence, it strengthens social stability and dignity.
In the Correcting Time teachings, grassroots empowerment is guided by the Seven Core Values, especially equality, growth, and quality of life. Empowered communities can solve their own problems, build trust, and shape local governance. Moreover, empowerment helps prevent top-down control and supports cooperative leadership.
Additionally, grassroots empowerment encourages creative solutions, reduces dependency, and increases resilience. As people gain agency, they contribute more fully to social progress and spiritual evolution.
