Citizen-Centered Governance

Citizen-centered governance is a model of public leadership that places the needs, voices, and well-being of citizens at the center of all decisions. It emphasizes listening, transparency, and shared responsibility. Because it empowers people, this model strengthens democracy and social cohesion.
