Ancients of Days

The Ancients of Days are the supreme, triune rulers of each superuniverse, the seven vast segments of the grand universe. These majestic beings are the first-order Trinity origin administrators, embodying perfect justice, divine wisdom, and flawless executive authority. They were not created by local universe beings such as Michael of Nebadon; rather, they originate directly from the Paradise Trinity, making them among the most exalted and trusted personalities in all creation.

Each of the seven superuniverses is governed by a trio of Ancients of Days seated on the respective superuniverse headquarters worlds. Together, these three form the highest governing body for their domain, acting in absolute unity and complete harmony. They are the ultimate judges, coordinators, and policy directors for all evolutionary universes within their jurisdiction.

In celestial teachings, the Ancients of Days represent:

  • Perfect justice — They administer final adjudication, ensuring fairness across vast evolutionary worlds.

  • Trinitarian balance — Their triune nature reflects the balanced authority of the Father, Son, and Spirit.

  • Stability and order — They ensure cosmic equilibrium throughout the developmental stages of planetary and universe progression.

  • Supreme oversight — They preside over high tribunals, receive universe reports, and issue major universe directives.

Because of their Trinity origin, the Ancients of Days cannot err; they never act hastily, selfishly, or inconsistently. They are the universe’s most reliable arbiters of justice and cosmic order.

While local universes like Nebadon are governed by Creator Sons such as Michael of Nebadon, ultimate regional authority rests with the Ancients of Days. The Correcting Time teachings acknowledge their overarching influence, though they rarely intervene directly in local planetary affairs. Their presence guarantees that all evolutionary worlds—including Urantia—progress within the secure framework of divine justice and eternal purpose.

Ultimately, the Ancients of Days personify the highest form of administrative perfection attainable this side of Paradise itself.
