Solutions for a Planet in Crisis – There is a Plan

Cultural Capacity-Building

Cultural capacity-building is the process of strengthening a society’s ability to develop healthy values, strong institutions, and effective problem-solving skills. It expands the cultural “muscles” needed for sustainable growth. Because capacity-building empowers people, it supports long-term cultural resilience.

In the Correcting Time teachings, capacity-building is rooted in the Seven Core Values, which guide communities toward fairness, empathy, and responsible leadership. These values develop the moral and emotional foundation for cultural strength. Moreover, capacity-building helps societies adapt to new challenges without losing stability.

Additionally, cultural capacity-building includes training programs, value-centered education, ethical governance practices, and community empowerment. As capacity increases, cultures become more coherent and spiritually aligned.
