Solutions for a Planet in Crisis – There is a Plan

Civilizational Competence

Civilizational competence is the collective capacity of a society to solve problems, grow ethically, and govern itself wisely. It reflects maturity, responsibility, and the ability to sustain long-range progress. Because competence supports stability, it forms the backbone of lasting civilizations.

In the Correcting Time teachings, civilizational competence emerges from practicing the Seven Core Values across families, communities, and institutions. These values create shared understanding and cooperative spirit. Moreover, competence strengthens cultural resilience and generational continuity.

Additionally, civilizational competence includes emotional maturity, enlightened leadership, and functional societal design. As societies develop competence, they move steadily toward Light and Life and become capable stewards of future generations.
