Values-based parenting

Values-based parenting is the practice of raising children using universal moral and spiritual values as the guiding framework. It emphasizes love, empathy, fairness, and responsibility in everyday interactions. Because children learn primarily through example, values-based parenting shapes lifelong character and emotional maturity.

In the Correcting Time teachings, values-based parenting begins with the Seven Core Values. Parents model compassion, equality, growth, and responsibility in ways children can understand. Moreover, this approach strengthens functional family life and promotes healthy generational continuity.

Additionally, values-based parenting helps children develop moral power and spiritual competence. It encourages them to reflect on their choices, understand consequences, and act with kindness. As children internalize these values, they become more capable of contributing to community well-being and conscious democracy.

From a celestial viewpoint, values-based parenting is one of the most important forces shaping the future of a civilization. It passes forward the emotional, moral, and spiritual strengths needed for a world moving toward Light and Life. Consequently, it plays a crucial role in planetary upliftment.
